A choc brownie is a chocolate brownie (a fudgie chocolate square usually, can be made from beans as in a black bean brownie) but typically just a squidgy fudgy, chocolate sponge with chocolate chips or lumps in it (I do have a great recipe for one using Nutella (Recipe - Nutella Chocolate Chip Brownies)), jelly is just gello or jello.... on the side...

There is a (supposedly fabulous, it’s on my list but I haven’t made them yet) chickpea brownie recipe out there. I’ll find the link.
