Venison - How do you like it?

My husband and I use Venison in place of hamburger for just about everything. We hunt, dress and process it ourselves. Although we process most of our venise into hamburger, there are so many types of meat harvested such as tenderloin, ribs, steaks, chops and even hamburger. Small cuts of venison can be used to make stews and soups. We have found freezing the venison prior to cooking it helps to remove the 'wild' taste it sometimes has.

How do you like your venison?
 
My father's hubby was hunting and sometime he brought venison meat.

I really like despite I found it has a delicate taste that contrasted with the usual beef I used to ate.

However since he passed away, no more venison to taste, and I haven't seen this meat at local supermarkets.
