The sixties icon that went out of fashion. I worship the plate they are presented on. One of my fav fillings is a creamy prawn risotto with a poached or soft boiled quail egg on top. What are yours?

The only way I've ever seen those done is filled with chicken in a cream sauce, like chicken a la king (another '60's staple of the suburban dinner party).
