I have a lot of apples too, the Granny Smith type, i need to bake something. May try apple crumble. I’m thinking of making banana bread for my husband.

I was going to bake another foccaccia, but I ate the whole other one yesterday and know I don't wanna see foccaccia for another couple of days a least

Wow, thankyou and all it is is the left over meat mix I made my sausage rolls out of with Tomatoe Sauce (Ketchup) ontop.
I don't know what it tastes like though as I haven't tried it yet ...
This is what I used for the sausage roll meat fill:
1 x lb Minced Beef
1 X cup water (leave out)
2 X Tbsp oil
1 X Tbsp Basil
1 X Tbsp Thyme
1 X Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 X Tspn Sage
1 X Tspn Onion Powder
1 X Tspn Oregano
1 X Tspn Celery Powder
1/2 cup Beef Broth
1 X Tbsn Worcesteshire Sauce
1 X Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
I said leave out the water because my sausage rolls came out a bit "soggy" - think I used too much fluid.

I need to make some cinnamon rolls too.
Pizza with yeast, better than my last pizza but there’s room for improvement. However, both my husband and daughter enjoyed it.
They said the blend of different flavors was good.
