Don't worry, I would never wear (visible) socks with shorts. Those were black footies, though they do look like socks.

Today, getting used to the shoes with invisible socks (shoe liners) on:

Ah the practising subject...after 2-4 seconds I can hear have or have not they... They don't even have to say anything, nor do I have to ask.

One of the recent concerts...wearing the same shirt today, just because I did not do enough laundry, light colours, did black and pink yesterday, barely...but did. More due today...

It looks fancy,but it is really soft,wrinkle free, comfy shirt...of course it was washed prior to wearing it today

I'm wearing some cotton gym shorts, and a sleeveless t-shirt. It is one of my "cooking shirts." That means it has stains that will never come out. Since I am doing an all day cook on the smoker, no sense ruining another shirt. Besides, it is 97F/36C with a heat index of 108F/42C.

I made a quick run to 7-Eleven, and everyone there knows me, but they've never seen me dressed this poorly before.

Absolutely. I do believe in wear whatever you want or need at home...
One of my favourite no-nos is going about the day at home in pajamas or nightshirt till noon or whenever ...
I even went to the store in pajama bottom and a t shirt, clean,showered and changed from the actual sleeping attire, possibly one may have wondered, is it a pajama or sweatpants...I did not care at the point...
