What Are Your Favorite Appetizer Recipes That Don't Rely On Cheese/Mayo/Ranch Dressing/Sour Cream?

I love spring rolls that are wrapped in rice paper wrappers. They are so easy to use and you can put different sliced meats and veggies in it. My favourite combination is thinly sliced pork matchstick style, carrots, green onions, rice noodles and cilantro. You can make small spring rolls that are great for appetizers. I also like meatballs in a crockpot with Diana sauce. Great to serve with toothpicks.
 
Miniature ham sandwiches would be good too. Shaved ham on cocktail rye bread. Leave off the cheese. Add a bit of Romaine lettuce, a slice of cherry or Roma tomato, a bit of red onion. Drizzle with honey mustard.
