Bap Xao (Vietnamese Street Corn)
Banh Mi and Bap Xao - Vietnamese lunch! I ground some pork, which always leads me at some point into making a bahn mi. I always have homemade kimchi (daikon radish) on hand, so I added cilantro and an olive oil mayo + gochujang spread. I wish I could claim credit for the baguette, but that was courtesy of Kroger's bakery.
No recipes, no measurements, just used whatever should I had in the cupboards and fridge.
I prepared it last night and will eat it for dinner tonight
You have beans in your chilli (as I do) but I know that some eschew their use in chilli! Do you serve it with rice?
Sometimes I do but mostly no. I plan on cooking up some burrito shells and eating it like chips with them

I had a little gyoza "pizza" for breakfast.
Ropa Vieja, black beans, rice and maduros.
The bottle on the right is 8 year old rum with white chocolate, wow!
