Dinner out with my Gal Pal after visiting with my mom

She ordered a half Caesar and side order Meatballs, genius!

Orecchiette with Broccoli and Italian Sausage in a White Wine Ricotta Cheese Sauce with toasted bread crumbs on top, YUM!
We shared a bottle of wine.
Oh, and they bring out a basket of their Garlic Knots to start you off.

I've been taking supper over to my mom at the skilled nursing facility she's in for now.
She's not enjoying their food...

Split Pea & Ham Soup from my deep freeze was on Sunday

Leftovers from our meal on Saturday, grilled Hamburger Steak, Mash, Green Beans and then Brown Gravy all over (in that little condiment cup).

This is for today... My Portuguese Bean Soup
