I had a grocery store rotisserie chicken that I've been cutting meat from for my tacos. I put the rest of it in the crockpot with some water earlier today and had my husband turn it off while I was at work, so when I came home I deboned it and used the meat to make a casserole using egg noodles, garlic, shallot, mushrooms, broccoli, cream, white sharp cheddar, smoked Gouda, and topped with crushed potato chips/crisps at the end of the bake. Really tasty. Saved the broth and froze it for who knows what down the road.
I sometimes top with crushed crackers and pour melted butter on there. 🤤

We were eating outside so the lighting was great.

Colleen said we could have that balsamic reduction every night lol. 1 cup of balsamic vinegar, a healthy splash of red wine vinegar, a dash of black pepper and ground black pepper.
Oh, cool, so it will be more acceptable for me to drool 🤤
