What hamburger meat should I be buying?

I have a tough time with hamburger. I've been buying the ground chuck, 80% lean. Is there something better I could be buying?

It never seems to turn out right in my spaghetti sauce.
 
Do you cook the meat separately or in with the spaghetti sauce? Not sure what you're going for but you realize that a leaner ground will not be as juicy as 80%. Some people create and bake meatballs to get that perfect flavor and texture.
