Recipe What is your favorite potato recipe?

I enjoy eating potatoes. Below is one of my favorite recipes.

Ingredients
stick of butter
1/4 cup of onions
4 sliced and diced potatoes
Pepper
Salt

Step 1. Heat skillet on medium-heat.
Step 2. Throw butter and onions into skillet. Saute for a minute.
Step 3. Throw potatoes into skillet and salt/pepper to taste.
Step 4. Cover skillet with a lid.
Step 5. Cook for 30 minutes. Check on potatoes periodically, turning them over periodically.
Step 6. Pour finished contents onto a plate and cover with cheese or sour cream.
