We should be there by Saturday...

Wish I lived closer ti NAz.

I just cleaned out the local supermarket of root beer flavored Waterloo seltzer.
I gave up drinking sodas a few years ago, so I've replaced it with flavoured seltzers. Waterloo brand is my favorite by far. I've tried every flavor of theirs and none have any weird taste or aftertaste.
I still have a good, ice cold Mexican glass bottle Coca Cola now and again, but with like 40 grams of sugar, I treat it like a dessert.

Avert you eyes for this one, vegans and vegies. On request, just took a big ice chest down to a local friend who's butchering 2 pigs early tomorrow morning for the weekend doings and is giving us bits. Unknown what bits they'll be. Should be interesting.

Do you leave them on ice for several days and rotate them around so the blood drains out? That's what we do with deer.

I'm guessing the blood is drained when the animals are dispached and hung as is usual?

I'm also guessing that we will get bits that aren't prime cuts as it's not our purchase or call. Might end up making bacon or something like that 🍏
