I looked and I didn't see tilapia on the menu. On their website it says fish is flown in fresh. I cant imagine why anyone would bother flying tilapia in, lol.

Edit: did some sleuthing and found out it's mahi mahi.

Some interesting choices there, but...
I really dislike flour tortillas. They taste like wet cardboard to me.
Maybe 6 months spent in Mexico City, buying freshly made tortillas every day,spoiled my tastes, but it's corn tortillas (and the corn has to be "nixtmalizado") or nothing.

Did you look closely at the menu? I know some of the images the three of us posted were difficult to enlarge without becoming blurry, but I just zoomed in on MG's menu image and could easily read it. I also uploaded a PDF link. But sorry about my first post not making the menu easy to read!

Anyway, so there are corn tortillas on the menu. They will gladly sub out corn for anything that comes in flour if it's the same size, so basically any of the tacos can be had on corn. It's just those big burritos and such. At any rate, it's not likely you'll be eating there soon (pretty sure never), lol. And undoubtedly you've had some fine and spectacular tacos that would blow these away, but it's not bad for here in NE Ohio!

I've never eaten a corn taco that wasn't nixtamalized. I didn't know they existed!

Any recipe is most welcome :)

Then somewhere there were remarks about Tilapia. We got the farmed Niloticus, but also the native Rendali.
That one is nice for a fresh water fish

If I’m having a special, it would be the blueberry pancakes. If I’m having breakfast off the daily menu, then an omelette with cheese, bell peppers, onions, and tomato. For lunch, the chili pot pie.
 
For breakfast, the classic Eggs Benedict. I was gonna go with the salmon, but I can't see smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce.
Maybe a short stack with cinnamon apples on the side. I wonder what the difference is between the $7.99 and the $8.99 short stacks? ( I know, it's a dollar more...)

For lunch, the Mahi Mahi on brioche with tomato and onion, and a side of fries.
