Whatcha drinking (2018-2022)?

What we have here is a box of beer. This is a 10 litres of Hooky Bitter from the excellent Hook Norton brewery in Oxfordshire. Although it's a fairly gentle 3.5%, it has a good depth of flavour and is a nice and hoppy session beer.

So we'd better have a session or two this weekend...

Hook Norton makes very good beer, indeed. We used to drink quite a bit of it when we lived not too far from there, and we also stopped in at the brewery in late 2018 for a meal and some beer.

All pubs in Britain are shut down. In truth, this doesn't affect us greatly as there is only one decent pub in our town and Sod's Law decrees that it's the one furthest from our house.

We have some more supplies from Hook Norton, this time in the shape of Hooky Gold. It's a 4.1% golden (yeah, really) ale that has plenty of hops and a nice fruity tang.
