That's just a white squirrel. I don't think the little fellow is albino, though (eyes aren't red/pink). We see them here every so often.

If you're ever in Detroit, they have a population of the most striking black squirrels. I was there for a few days last year and found them fascinating.
 
Planting out radishes and peas. Good result almost 100% strike rate.,
Experiment 1: soaked peas for two days vs straight from packet. My mum always soaked for two Dayton grow earlier.
Result: no noticeable difference. 45 out of 48 planted. Kids will get half.
Planting water melon, beans and more radishes and lettuces.
Nice day here with sun out and high if 15 deg c.
