White and dark marbled chocolate torte for pudding today, made for my kids on request of 'chocolate pie' for pudding.
Recipe:
Sweet paste case (i wont write the recipe for this as i know it has been discussed before, or just buy one!)
Filling:
Dark-
200g dark chocolate
300g creme fraiche
White-
300g white chocolate
200g creme fraiche
Method:
1. Gently melt dark ingredients together in a double boiler or bain marie
2. In a separate double boiler gently melt together white ingredients
3. Randomly dot spoonfuls of each mix into pastry case until all is used.
4. Lightly shake to even out top
5. Use a cocktail stick (toothpick) to create a pattern on top
6. Leave to set at room temp, do not refrigerate until set or it may crack.
7. Marvel at your creation and be smug with how good this super easy recipe looks and tastes!
Let me know if you have any questions.
