Who knows how to make dirty spaghetti or Spaghetti Bolognaise?

I've been trying to find one of these recipes &can't seem to find either one of them! But it seems that some people are calling spaghetti with meat sauce dirty spaghetti. To me, it looks like regular spaghetti with meat sauce. I've once made spaghetti bolognaise, but can't seem to find the recipe for that. One of them, I'd like to make.

It probably does, but I don't like things that are too spicy. It tends to drown out food with way too much spice, making it taste too horrible!!!!!! I'd use a little.

Dirty spaghetti is like dirty rice except using spaghetti. I make dirty rice frequently and it's not a dish that's spicy the way we make it. Could be but...

Wash your hands??? That's the texture in the spaghetti!

As someone who has been on a journey to cook amazing Bolognaise for a while, I've seen a lot of variants. Inspired by this thread I had another root around the web and was surprised that the City Of Bologna actually updated their official recipe from the one published in 1982 about two years ago and they lodged a notarised deed at the Bologna Chamber Of Commerce in April 2023! That's how serious they are about this business!
