Wife's away in Auckland with her bestie, so I've been eating snack type foods, but this morning I felt like a fry up, the Brits have this all the time, I havnt had this year I think, so it's fried bread (under eggs) grilled/ broiled bacon and tomatoes and fried shrooms and free range eggs. Cooked in dripping. Fat collected from roasts. Yes! I collect fat and reuse. My mum used to and it never hurt me. Worcester sauce and tomato with lots of pepper. 10/10. Note to self, I need chipolaters for the freezer and next fry up. I used our squarish plates as its been mentioned here before.
Man that was so worth it!!!

Just what I could do with right now to cure my hangover! I'd add black pudding, sausages and baked beans...

I normally have chipolattas in the freezer for fry up, and black pudding, but I have run out. I have beans but only a big can, not worth opening just for me. The fried bread under the eggs are the real star. My kids never forget my birthdays. It usually involves a curry out somewhere.
