I go more by the dish than the nationality although, broadly speaking, I like Italian cuisine (I am half Italian....from the waist down...er, bit of a visual joke that one!), Thai, some British (e.g. good meat pies).

As to style - I like the rustic way of Jamie Oliver a lot.
