Iceland is such an amazing place

No. But, I have been cooking for 30 years..this is my third restaurant...I did get certification as a cook many years ago..I never bothered going through all of the rigamarole to become a certified chef..I never cared for the BS and ass kissing that came with it..I'm more into blue collar type establishments..went straight to business ownership..
You are definitely a chef. The chef is the person in charge of the kitchen. Since you own it and cook in it, you are a chef as well as a business owner.

It's been a long time since we last had a sunrise as good as this. I knew it was a great sunrise because facing west, I could see pink highlights in the clouds. Walking to the front of the house, I saw this.

These were taken on my phone camera because of the closeness (relatively speaking) to the equator compared to the UK, sunrises (and ditto for sunsets) only last for 5-10 minutes and change very rapidly. So there is usually no time to get a camera out, realise the battery is dead, replace it and get a picture taken.

The bottom photo was my last image, unexposing to just get that final image. 30 seconds later everything was flat, grey cloud.
