I want to make some plain buckwheat or quinoa then add yeast extract.
Normally, I would pour some into a measuring container, weigh it then pour it into my mixture.
However, yeast extract is quite stringy, so may not pour very easily. It could also end up sticking to the wooden spoon without getting stirred in.
What's the best way to add it?
