I usually always get these 1.8 lb bags of Perdue chicken nuggets from Walmart for $5, but a local place is selling 4 lb bags of nuggets for $6 so I wanted to give them a try, but the directions are only for deep frying which I don't like and prefer to oven bake. Should I cook them the same way as the Perdue nuggets... which calls for 425 degrees for 13 minutes.

I deep fry our ones we get, grandkids love them, although about 10 years ago an accountant I know said to me that he had seen them being made, and hasn't touched them again.

You could test it by trying a small amount - but usually this won't work in my experience.
