If the horsemeat scandal has put you off prepared beef meals, but you still want an economical meal, why not try this beef and bacon meatloaf? It's quick and easy to prepare, and not too high in calories or fat, as it uses good quality minced beef. As it's not fatty, it should be good cold as well - if there's any left, of course!
