Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 375°F
In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar & a teaspoon of salt.
Slice chicken breast "hamburger style" as if you're preparing to stuff them. Place chicken breasts in a prepared (non-stick or lightly greased) baking dish and coat/baste with about 3/4 garlic/ brown sugar mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Carefully (don't burn yourself) use the majority of the cheese to stuff the chicken.
Pour remainder of garlic/brown sugar mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Return to oven for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and garlic/sugar mixture is caramelized on top.
Remove from oven and cool. Bon Apettite!

- 2 cups of cheese (whatever kind you choose. I use a cheddar/mozzerella blend)
