I need to use "neutral oil"
As I have no idea what that means, can I use coconut oil? (which I like for deserts)
Additionally I have no baking powder and cannot get any since lock down (I've looked every day)
I'm aware of using substitutes for baking powder, for example bicarbonate of soda + lemon.
But the recipe uses very small amounts, uses bicarbonate of soda as well as baking powder and I don't know how the end results will be affected by using lemon with the coffee and chocolate.
Appreciate your advice.
