Condiment squeeze bottles

I like using these for presentation. But they are a pain in the behind to clean. Any recommendations for easy cleaning or a better type of bottle.
 
I only use for tomato/ketchup for our one, I normally serve sauces in bowls or individual small jugs. One serving jugs.

I use them too, for flavoured oils in particular, in order to make pretty drizzles and drips when plating salads or whirls on top of soup. They are a pain to clean but as I mainly use them for oil, the bottles last ages and sometimes simply get refilled. When I do was them I tend to give them a rinse and put them through the dishwasher.
 
Most of our homemade condiments are chunky or have ingredients that would not work in a squeeze bottle.
