I go by taste, so it's approximate, not exact. Give or take what you want with this, a bit more of this, a bit more of that. It's a very versatile dressing.

For my recipe, I used the following.
Half cup - Olive oil
Half cup - Greek Yogurt (Regular works fine), I used about 1 or 2 tablespoons more
Half cup - Mayo
Half a red bell pepper diced
At least a half cup of feta cheese (I did 3/4 cup)
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of sugar (Honey works too)
1 Tablespoon - Oregano (I would imagine greek oregano would work better.)
I also did a pinch of basil and marjoram and MSG (I always rub my dried herbs to activate them).
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon - Fresh cracked black
Heavy pinch of kosher salt

Put everything in a food processor and annihilate it. Then drink it, because that's what I do.
