I've recently switched to wholemeal flour for everything and l was thinking about my baking, l never used to use wholemeal flour for baking so l will be nervous baking my first cake after using white flour for so long. Does anyone use wholemeal flour for baking and if so is the taste difference major?

I have not used wholemeal flour for baking, but the best way to try it is baking something really small, in example a cupcake or small pie.
