I am not sure what it is but I am going to go with drink it. It sounds like it could be some kind of beverage.
 
It's 85% water, has 10½g of sugar in it (so virtually all of the carbohydrate content), I assume per 100g not per 100mg :o_o:, some fibre (2½%) along with a fair number of amino acids...

It's got a high water content, but then so does fruit, veg, eggs...

I'm thinking eat it
