Yeah...I missed that bit. I don't think these scant quantities occur in nature, which has me thinking it must be a processed food.
If it is, then it is not of animal or fish, and tabernacle there are the 'sterols' to look at of which it contains, thought to complicate matters contains no cholesterol which is the most common of animal sterols.

Sterols, also known as steroid alcohols, are a subgroup of the steroids and an important class of organic molecules. They occur naturally in plants, animals, and fungi, with the most familiar type of animal sterol being cholesterol
