Filipino party

I went to a Filipino birthday party yesterday and left the event absolutely stuffed. The food was amazing and there was a ton of it. I am not sure what it was, but I especially loved the dish I had that had red and yellow peppers in it with beef strips. The sauce was amazing and spicy. If anyone knows what I ate, please share the recipe with me. Filipino people are deffinatley into making sure nobody goes home hungry!

That sounds really good. I am anxious to hear what it was. I had a few Filipino dishes and they were good but they weren't like what you described. I love trying food from other countries.

I would imagine that Corzhens would have a pretty good idea. i once went to a Pakistani birthday party and it was good, as well as to a Thai dinner that a Thai lady made and I know one of the things we ate was something in steamed banana leaves...it was quite awesome actually.
