Italian researchers have discovered that women who consume as little as one glass of wine a day have higher blood levels of the omega-3 fats found in fish such as trout, salmon and sardines. According to this report combining certain food together increases the uptake of important nutrients. Some of the combinations seem quite natural; tomatoes and olive oil, for example.
