Afternoon,

I received a great sauté pan for my wedding last year. Come to find out it was a regift from a relative who won it at a casino. Long story short, I love the pan and want more from the brand but I can't figure out who makes it. It has the initials IH on the bottom. I am hoping someone here can help. I look forward to seeing your responses.

It is Copper on the sides.

Anyone who owns a large set of copper cookware, it involves lots of work, it would take constant cleaning. So much so, that it would mean cleaning it everyday, a weekend job or live-in help!! One or two pieces are ok. As luxurious & shiny as it looks, I would NEVER buy a set of them!!

If you've got enough patience, google copper sauté pans - there are hundreds of images. You just might see them on there. Or try a google image search, but don't hold your breath - it can come up with some funny suggestions.

Sigh....have spent many days trying. No luck. That is why I am here.

I agree, not for everyone. But I want more of this set and am hoping someone can help me find the brand.

This cookware was designed for induction burners. We've found that any cookware that is magnetic, works on our induction burners. I'm not sure if the side of that pan is actually copper. In the US, we have a chain called Bed, Bath and Beyond. As soon as you walk in the door, there is a display of this cookware. It is relatively inexpensive and I believe there is an "As Seen on TV" sign with the display.

I think we are the only two members from Louisiana. I can't help you with your cook ware but hope you hang around and get involved.

Be extra careful of those As-Seen-on-TV products! They are not all what they are cracked up to be..
