I have made shakshuka and grain bowls. Pretty straightforward. I also meal prep so the shakshuka wasn't so great for that...
I'm not sure grain bowls are really Mediterranean food but they are certainly on trend. I do love shakshuka. Do you mean you are working professionally doing meal prep?

I had to look up "grain bowls", because I'd never heard of them
You'll certainly find plenty of dishes with lentils, chickpeas, beans and wheat berries in the Med, however.
