I don't like marmalade

I have tried marmalade on many occasions and feel as though I have given it a fair shot but I simply do not like it.

I find it bitter but then I prefer savoury to sweet so not too keen on sweet jams although I do like raspberry jam providing it isn't too sweet.

I love the bitterness.You could try Rose's lime marmalade - from memory, that is not as bitter.

I'll say I really don't like it straight up, but in this recipe I always want more wings. I use sour oranges quite a bit and have never seen Seville orange marmalade.

I don't dislike marmalade, but if I put anything other than butter on my toast it would be Marmite.
