I need tips!

What do you guys think I should add in my bake sale?
I have options but I’m not sure,
peanut butter cookies
Orange cake
Chocolate cake
Brownies
Hot chocolate
Vanilla or chocolate muffins
Orange juice
(Oranges are in the season now)

I need max options to be 3 items… it needs to include a beverage which seem the best from here? And any you could suggest ?

Well I really love a hot chocolate but not in hot weather so for me beverage wise it depends on the forecast.
As for the baked goods (and depending on the quantities you need to make) I'd rather have one pre done so something that freezes and defrosts well and that leaves only one thing to fuss over fresh from the oven.

Brownies are good because they can be made the day before and improve with storage overnight. Recipe - Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Something like an orange polenta cake (Recipe - Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Lemon Polenta Cake) is also something that has to be made the day before and the orange syrup added and allowed to soak into the cake overnight.
