I'm lazy today

We had leftovers last night so something decent tonight. I know I can make this myself but as we had them in the freezer I'm using these as they are quick and easy. And very tasty. I'll do some roast veges and a nice sauce later.

When I was in my 20's, I used to live on frozen chicken cordon bleu and chicken Kiev. They were really cheap eats, and filling.

I usually make my own, but boxes are easier. No mess breading. And they are good. I'm now lazying on the couch. Watching the first 48. Crime in murica. Life's good.
