Newbie on Board

Hi, Ashley. What sort of restaurant do you manage? Like some home cooks, I periodically have a dream of opening a restaurant. Then, reality sets in, and I realize the massive time commitment involved in running a restaurant (not to mention the fact that I already have a full-time job). I'm going to post a very interesting article I found about the realities of the restaurant business, and I hope you'll provide your insight.
