No more Stringy Sweet Potato Filling!!

    Today, I just made some sweet potato filling for 2 pies.

    Instead of the usual ricer that I use, I pulverized them in the performance blender. Not one trace of stringy matter in the mixture. It was so smooth & velvety.1 A new way to get rid of that pesky stringy crap!! :wink:
