no turkey for thanksgiving

we are both tired of cooking a huge meal for thanksgiving so instead the wife wants me to smoke a lot of meat for the freezer so instead of smoking a turkey i'll be smoking 1 boston butt ( for pulled pork ) 2 smoked chickens and 1 slab of spare ribs and 1 slab of baby back ribs

besides its supposed to snow all day friday and i really don't want to be in and out all day doing it

I buy rolled and stuffed Turkey breasts. I roast ours for xmas day. Stopped buying whole birds about 10 years ago.

right now we have 2 whole turkeys in the freezer + 1 turkey breast BUT its just the two of us
thats why we decided to skip cooking a huge traditional meal and i would spend the day smoking some meat to put in the freezer that at a later date we can take out and heat and eat , like maybe on a day that we have been gone all day and don't feel like cooking when we come home late
