Pink Sauce for Burgers and Chips

3 parts Mayo
1 part Tomato Ketchup
A couple of shakes of Chilli Sauce
Finely chopped Shallot
Finely chopped Pickled Gherkin
A pinch of Garlic Powder
Salt and White Pepper.

Mix thoroughly and leave for an hour or so to mellow in the fridge.
