He began cooking when he was 9 years old.
That is the same age that I was when I began cooking. And like HE wants to do, I had jobs cooking. But I never owned my own restaurant.
He has a very good shot at making his dream come true, as long as he stays with the program, finishes school and stays focused.
I will be encouraging him on occasion, to help him stay in tune and don't derail. I don't think that he will, though. He is very determined at what he wants to do!
It is this drive that is making him plan his career as a chef / owner of his own restaurant!!
The boy above - Chris Ekpiken, I want HIM to be successful as well!! He's also on the path to greatness!! When I think of him, I am reminded of my grand nephew, mainly because they both like to cook and they want to be chefs as well.
