Roasting chicken in your grill

Last night we made the juiciest chicken buy stuffing it with a can filled with wine and herbs and smoking it on the grill. We roasted it low and slow until it came up to temp. It was smokey and so succulent. We've also done the beer can chicken, but found the wine lent such a rich flavor.

Has anyone else tried non-beer canned chicken on the grill?
 
Yes an it is so good I can hardly bear it. I prefer to not to use the beer and I do it with just my special and top secret herb mix. I also rub the skin with garlic and some mayo before I put it on the grill.
