Bread koththu is a quick breakfast or dinner that you can make from leftover bread. If you are like to eat koththu this will be your new favorite. Bread koththu is easy and quick to make. You can make a bread koththu dish just in minutes. Without eating bread with some curry or two every day, try this simple recipe. You will surely go for a second round.

Carrot (Grated)
Leeks (Grated)
½ qt Onion (Sliced)
4 Garlic (Chopped)
Ginger (Chopped)
Green chili
1 Seasoning cube
Salt
Chili flakes / Pepper powder
Soya sauce
1 Egg
Ghee
Coconut oil

Heat some oil in a large bowl and add some ghee.

Then add chopped garlic and ginger.

When garlic is almost fried add sliced onion.

Then add egg, salt and mix it well until the egg separates into small pieces.

Add some chili flakes and mix well.

Now add the chopped green chili, grated carrots, sliced leeks, seasoning cube and mix well.

Mix the bread with the fried vegetables and add some soya sauce, mix well.

When bread pieces turn into a golden brown color, turn off the cooker.

Serve it warm.
