I found a strawberry buttercream frosting recipe, and I was wondering if I could add rum to it. I didn't know if any additional liquid would mess it up.
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
- 4 ½ cups confectioners sugar
- ½ cup fresh, ripe strawberries, washed, stemmed, and hulled
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
