We cant get good aged roasting beef here. But we do have plentiful supplier of local duck and the better Hungarian imports. My Lords, Ladies and Gentlemen. I give you Slow roast duck, duck fat roasties, sprouts and real GRAVY. I like to chop my sprouts and roasties before anointing them with the GRAVY. My wife also makes me wear a bib. I like a very cold glass of Guinness to help with sprout digestion and enhance flatulence.
