The Alphabet Game: Dishes using Za'atar

M = Meagre ( a fish from the Sciaenidae Family found as far north as Denmark to the southern Atlantic of Cadiz and the Canary Islands ). It is called Corvina in Portugal and Spain ( it is not the same breed as in Southern Chile / Peru. )
 
Oblada ( Saddled Bream from the Oblada Melanura fish family) available during the spring season predominately used in fish stews and called Oblade in French.
 
Q = Quinoa ( A highly versatile Peruvian grain similar to couscous in shape and format and is the main grain of Peru ) ..
 
V = Valle de Narcea = an artisanal cheese prepared from raw goat´s milk and raw cow´s milk in a small village called Valle de Narcea in the Arcellana región en the Valle de Narcea, on the River Narcea in the western part of Oviedo .. It has a slightly salty and a slightly sweet taste with aromas of dried fruits and quince and it is formatted into flat cylinders.
