The Breakfast Myth

On this and too many issues I remain confuse. Too many experts with so many opinions. Where is that world that allows you eat whatever and whenever and live happily ever after? It doesn't exist. I mostly don't have the traditional breakfast and when I do I don't know I can identify any real difference in my day.:unsure::unsure:
 
I do eat breakfast but as I've got older I find I sometimes don't fancy it. So I will wait until lunch and have brunch instead.

Long long gone I'm afraid - round about the time of the end of the stone age and the beginning of farming although at least until quite recently we did manage to burn calories off quite well - hence the need for a breakfast. Not too sure about the happily ever after bit in the far off days though - way back then we were still a part of the food chain rather that the top of it
