Nuts, no corn here in winter, but frozen cobs in freezer. I do love creamed corn in a sammich with ham. Maybe I'll take a pic??

We love pozole, but never again huitlacoche. Well maybe if we could get it fresh and not frozen.
No I haven't, but I'm sure it has stuff in it to keep it shelf stable.That is why we only use canned/jarred tomatoes and beans. We don't think most foods from a can/jar are quality products.
