I think I'll try a "greens" soup this weekend.
My wife made a grass omelette some time ago. She calls the grass "lost husband" but I've no idea of the proper name.
As long as it's leafy, it qualifies. I've always considered greens to mean the part of the plant, and less so the color.Cabbage would be considered a leafy green, I'm assuming (well, maybe not purple cabbage) - I can work with cabbage!

Basil Mozzarella Wontons
I was rummaging in the fridge and spied some interesting ingredients. On a whim I threw together basil mozzarella wontons.
G liked them. He ate them as fast as I took them out of the skillet.

Now that you mention it, they are basically tiny cabbages, so...yes.Are Brussels sprouts included? I sort of assumed so but thought I would check.
The lo mein I made had a lot of bok choy in it, but I used a jarred sauce, so I wouldn't submit it for consideration.
